About Oxford Media Training

My name is Marysia Nowak, and as a former editorial leader at BBC World News, I know what a great radio or TV interview looks like.

I have over 30 years of experience, mostly at the BBC, guiding young reporters, seasoned correspondents, prominent anchors, and nervous guests in on-air matters, helping them improve. As a multi-lingual, award-winning international journalist, my passion lies in the art of impactful storytelling. At Oxford Media Training, I am using all of these skills to coach academics and others craft their own messages, helping them distil their knowledge and translate their expertise into impactful media interviews.

Practical, tailored, brilliant value

The best way to learn how to do great interviews is by doing them, so the sessions will be entirely practical, simulating real on-air interviews with a professionally conducted line of questioning.

Unlike training workshops done by many of the national media training companies, the interviews at Oxford Media Training will be tailored to your area of expertise and can be focussed on a new publication you are planning to publicise, or a subject you are hoping to polish for media appearances. Moreover, the training can be conducted in your office or your home, saving you time and effort. You you will find no better value anywhere, guaranteed.
